I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the opportunity to engage in such a meaningful endeavor. This initiative brought together individuals from diverse backgrounds, transcending geographical boundaries to address one of the most pressing issues of our time – plastic pollution.
Throughout the project, our discussions were not only enlightening but also deeply impactful. We had the privilege of sharing best practices and innovative solutions from our respective countries, contributing to a collective pool of knowledge and ideas. From these exchanges emerged a sense of unity and purpose, as we collaborated to craft videos aimed at raising awareness about plastic pollution.
What struck me most during our time together was the genuine passion and commitment displayed by each participant. Despite our differences in language, culture, and perspectives, we all shared a common goal – to safeguard our planet for future generations. It was heartening to witness everyone actively engage in the activities and discussions, demonstrating a shared sense of responsibility towards environmental stewardship.
Moreover, the experience of building friendships with individuals from around the world was truly enriching. Beyond the project objectives, we formed lasting bonds grounded in our shared values and aspirations. Together, we became not only friends but also allies in the fight for a cleaner and healthier Earth.
As I reflect on the impact of "Plastic Matters," I am reminded of the power of collaboration and collective action. Through our collective efforts, we not only raised awareness about plastic pollution but also inspired others to take meaningful steps towards positive change. Moving forward, I am confident that the lessons learned and connections forged during this project will continue to reverberate, leaving an enduring legacy of environmental advocacy and global solidarity.

This project was a unique experience not only to meet new people, but also to talk about a serious problem in our world – plastic waste. It was interesting to see how different countries tackle this problem and how their residents think of these solutions, as well as work toghether to try and find new ways to make it less of a problem. At first I thought most people would not engage in the activities, but i was wrong. Though there were some, who did less than others, basically everybody actively participated and showed interest in the topics. I belive we not only made new friends, but also true allies, fighting for a common goal – a cleaner Earth.
